TOSBefore inquiring for a possible commission, please read and comply to the following:✿ General Policies
_{• Use the finished works for personal use only, commercial use is prohibited unless permitted.
• I, fidothy, have the right to refuse and cancel certain requests that I find in my restrictions or for other acceptable reasons.
• Select commissions will be uploaded publicly to be showcased in the Portfolio unless there has been a NDA privacy agreement.
• Prices starts at minimum as stated on the services. Prices may vary depending on the request complexities and additional add-ons.
• Full Refunds are not accepted once work has been in progress. Refer to the Payment and Refunds section for more information. Artist will also inform the client if there are any reasons for cancellation and hindrance of the process.
• Revisions are allowed during sketch phase, minimal and limited to rendering.
• Be precise and specific with your request, the more detail the more accurate the work turns out to your expectations.
• There may be times of delayed responses due to time differences and external interference, so please be patient during our exchange.
• Claiming commissioned works as yours is not tolerated, any piece is still the artist's property and reserves the rights of ownership. The content itself (such as self-made characters), however, still belongs to the commissioner/client.
• Nfts and any form of AI usage with my art is NOT allowed.
• Provide credit when displaying commissioned art (such as posting on social media).
• Artist have the right to refuse and cancel any service with client due to acceptable reasons at any time. Client will be informed if there are any possible cancellation of service from the artist. Rest assure that any recorded transactions will be returned accordingly}✿ TAT and Revisions
_{• Total Turn Around Time is 3-4 weeks on average, and 1-3 months depending on various reasons as will be stated during the transaction.
• Client may ask for revisions during the sketch/draft phase, where adjustments are accepted until approved; however, major revisions are limited during rendering.
• There are no additional charges for minor revisions, however, frequent and major revisions may be charged accordingly.
• Cancellations of waitlist slot are alright, as long as there is a valid reason for so.}✿ Payment and Refunds
_{• Payments are conducted through VGen via Stripe
• Paypal payments, checks, and other modes are not accepted for USD and international payments.
• PARTIAL PAYMENT: 60% downpayment of the sum is needed before starting, then 40% to continue after Initial Render is sent.
• (For VGEN payments) PARTIAL PAYMENT: 50% downpayment of the sum is needed before starting, then 50% to continue after Initial Render is sent.
• FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT: 100% full upfront to start.
*Full illustration through drive link (and/or vgen) will be sent immediately after each phases.
• Finalized rendered piece with revision and edits will then be sent after it is completed.
• Full upfront payment can guarantee full pics of wip updates and will be a prioritized comm (if among the two pending slots).
• Final piece will be sent as soon as it is finished.
• Percentage refunds applicable:
> Not started 100%
> Draft 75%
> Lineart/Sketch 50%
> Flat color/Base color 25%
> Render (Initial to Finalized) 0%
• Refunds may also be given back by the Artist due to unforseen circumstances. Please only proceed with payment if you are 100% certain and commited to the exchange.
• Cancellations and refunds are only applicable until base paint/Flat color is sent.
• Client is required to pay the remaining balance after Initial Render is sent. No refunds and cancellations after Initial Render.
• Service prices and TOS are subject to change}✿ Communication
<sub>• Work will start once upfront payment is given. Continuation will be postponed until response is received after confirmation of phases. *If the client has paid in full, unresponsive past 3 days, work will continue until final render regardless if client is unresponsive.

• If artist has not responded within more than 4 weeks or so, note that client is entitled to request a refund at any time if demanded.
• Please always state any issues or concerns timely with due respect.</sub>by proceeding with the provided service, you (client) hereby agree that you have red thoroughly and comply to the terms of service set by fidothy (artist).

- Any other content I refuse to create</sub>———————————————✣✤✥———Service Process✦ Process and inquiring_{• Directly send a request on any of the services offered on Vgen. Note that I may delay on replying especially if messages are sent outside of the service time.
• Both artist and client will then proceed once the proposed price and commission details are agreed on.
• Payment is given upfront; either in full or partial. Once payment is confirmed, artist will proceed on the work.
• Time Allotment: It is expected for the artwork to be finished within 4 or more weeks, depending on the request, workload, and availability of the artist. The artist will try their best in accomplishing a rendered piece within the given time unless stated otherwise due to external reasons.
• Artist will send occasional wip updates and confirmation on phases on pending work
• Once finished, artist will ask for the client's final approval. The PNG/JPEG file of the artwork with and without a watermark will then be delivered, along with potential inclusions. It is optional to leave a review afterwards}

FAQ• When are your available work hours?
_{9 AM-10 PM GMT+8. Schedules may change which can affect my availability, resulting in delayed responses. Usually active during holidays and breaks.}• Can I get a refund once work has started?
_{Yes, but not in full. Once the work has been in progress, there may be a percentage cost. Full refunds are only returned if the draft has not been started. Always be sure to commit before starting commissions.}• Are there any available discounts?
_{There are possible discounts during events, seasonal holidays, openings, etc. Subscribe to any of the social accounts below to get notified on updates.}• Do you accept rush orders?
